2 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves minced garlic
1 lb ground beef
1 small cabbage, shredded
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 c water
1 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a wok or large skillet over medium high heat, add oil. Saute garlic for about 5 seconds, then remove garlic. Add beef, stir-fry until beef is browned stir in vegetables, cooked until tender and beef fully cooked. Stir in soy sauce. Mix cornstarch with water, and stir in. Salt and Pepper to taste. Cook and stir until it thickens. Serve with rice
