1 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits with juice
1 cup sugar
6 tblsps self-rising flour
2 cups grated medium sharp cheddar cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a medium bowl, combine pineapple, sugar, flour and cheese. Transfer to an 8x8 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Top with crushed crackers and drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 35 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. You can also bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes and then turn up oven to 375 and bake for 15-20 minutes longer. For a 9x13 pan, double the recipe. Use white cheddar rather than orange as it seems to melt better.
