1 lb top sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/8 c chopped green onion
1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp dry wine
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into 2 serving portions and pound to 1/4 inch thickness. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. In a large heavy skillet melt butter and stir in mustard. Add onion, mushrooms and steaks to pan. Quickly brown and transfer to heated platter. To pan juices add 2 Tbsp butter, Worcestershire sauce, wine, garlic powder and parsley. Pour over steaks. Serves 4
