Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Kroger pineapple juice (I drained it from a can of pineapple)
1/2 cup Kroger brown sugar
1/3 cup Kroger ketchup
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs (I like to buy the frozen Chicken Breasts from Kroger, just be sure to thaw them in a ziplock bag the night before!)

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix the first six ingredients. Pour marinade in a large resealable plastic bag and add chicken. Seal bags and place in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight. Remove bag from fridge, drain and discard marinade from chicken. Grill chicken over medium high heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165 degrees F.
We love to serve ours with grilled pineapple on the side!
