4 eggs
1/2 cup of cooking oil
1 can mandarin oranges (not drained)
1 box Duncan Hines (Butter recipe) yellow

Icing:
8 oz. cool whip
1 box (3 oz.) vanilla pudding
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple

Cake:
Bake in 3 to 4 layers at 350º 15 to 20 minutes. For less layers bake for 30 minutes.

Icing:
Combine cool whip, pudding mix (dry), add pineapple (drained) and mix.
Can be refrigerated for better consistency.
