50 to 60 fresh snow peas
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
Minced fresh vegetables or soft spicy cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drop peas in slated boiling water to blanch. Remove after 15 seconds, and place in ice water. To stop cooking and set color. Drain and let cool, remove the string and cut off the stem. Carefully split the straight side of the pea. Mix softened cheeses or veggies together blend well. Pipe into peas carefully using a pastry bag with small tip. Arrange on a platter. Cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 4 hrs before serving.
