4 lbs. powdered sugar
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. butter
1 c. cocoa
2-4 c. chopped pecans - the more the better
1 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix powdered sugar and cocoa in large bowl. Melt cheese and butter together. Mix melted cheese and butter with the sugar and cocoa.
Add vanilla, mix. Add pecans, mix.

Put in large greased pan and spread to desired thickness. Can use wax paper to press evenly. (does not need to be refrigerated)
