1 large head cabbage, shredded
1 small head red cabbage, shredded
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 medium carrots, shredded
1/2 tsp mustard seed
1/2 tsp celery seed
1 c sugar
1 c white vinegar
2/3 c salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all vegetables together and set aside Bring sugar, vinegar and oil to a boil. While hot pour over cabbage mixture. Don't stir until cold. Cover and refrigerate. Gets better longer it sits 2 or 3 days. Serves 10
