1 cup of Martha White Hot Rize Corn Meal
1 egg
1 dollop of mayonnaise
milk (add until desired batter consistency)

I've never cooked my cornbread from a recipe, therefore, listing amount for ingredients is a guess, so adjust it as you need to.

1. Pour enough oil in shallow non stick pan to add flavor and keep from sticking, approx. 2-3 tbsp.
2. Drop small serving spoon size of batter for each fritter into heated oil.
3. Flip to get crispy on both sides.
