18 oz. bottle of BBQ sauce
1 cup salsa
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1/2 medium purple onion, diced
1 cup frozen corn
3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

Directions:
Directions:
In a slow cooker, add BBQ sauce, salsa, green and red pepper, onion and corn. Stir to mix together. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. On top of the sauce, add the chicken breasts. Cook on high 3-4 hours, or on low 6-8 hours. Once done, shred the chicken, return to slow cooker and add black beans. Place on lid and cook for another 20-30 minutes. Remove chicken from slow cooker and make as a sandwich, taco, or the topping of a salad.
