2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x5 in loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
3. In a seperate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar.
4. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
5. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into loaf pan.
6. Bake in oven for 60-65 mins or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Let bread cool for 10 mins then turn out onto a wire rack.
