1 c thick sour cream
2 Tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp prepared mustard
1 Tbsp minced onion
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 large cucumbers peeled and sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cucumbers and chill. Pour mixture over cucumber slices and toss chill tossing it a couple times, for at least 2 hrs before serving
