1 3-oz pkg dried beef, finely snipped
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese, softened
1 8-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tsp prepared horseradish
chopped parsley for rolling balls in

Directions:
Directions:
In medium mixing bowl, combine beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese and horseradish, until evenly blended. Using about 2 tablespoons of the mixture, roll into egg-shaped balls. Roll each in chopped parsley. Place beef balls on egg tray, cover and store in refrigerator.

Can make into one large ball and roll in parsley, alternatively.
