6 oz. drained canned tuna, flaked
12 saltines, made into crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. skim milk
1 T. minced onion
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash pepper
1 tsp. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients (except margarine) and shape into 6 equal patties. In a 10" non-stick skillet, heat margarine until bubbly and hot; add patties and cook over medium heat, turning once, until browned on both sides.
