1 stick margarine - melted
1/2 c buttermilk
1 3/4 c sugar
2 large eggs
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 tsp flour
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Mix everything together and pour into unbaked 9" pie shell. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake 15 min at 400. Reduce heat to 350 and bake 45 minutes longer. Cool to allow filling to set.
