1 sm head of cabbage
2# lean ground beef
2 - 14 oz cans of stewed tomatoes
1 can Rotel
2 - 8oz cans tomato sauce
1 large onion - chopped
4 stalks celery - finely diced
1 sm bell pepper - finely diced
diced potatoes
2 lbs salsa (optional)
Knorr Beef Broth Concentrate
Season to taste: cayenne pepper, chili powder, 4 cloves garlic, pinch of salt, paprika, black pepper, dash of Tony Chachere's, dash of old bay, dash of salt free Mrs Dash.

Saute onion, celery, pepper and garlic in olive oil and set aside. Brown ground beef, drain. Lightly toss cabbage into 4 Tbsp butter till cabbage is tender. Add cabbage with all other ingredients into a dutch oven or large pot and cook until potatoes are tender.
