Cabbage
Oil
Bacon, chopped
Wine vinegar and Balsamic vinegar
Sugar
Salt & pepper to taste.

In a lidded skillet or saucepan, add a little oil and the bacon, allowing it to nicely brown. Put bacon to one side. Put the sliced cabbage into the same pan, add the sugar, salt and pepper to taste and gently cook until cabbage is soft and wilted. Now add about 1/4 cup of wine vinegar and 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar. Continue cooking slowly until most of the liquid is gone. If you feel the vinegars are too much for you, add some water at the same time.
