1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. frozen or canned blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg. Add milk and oil. Add dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes in muffin pan greased or lined with muffin cups. Makes 12 muffins.
