1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. oil
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (2 or 3 oz.) box poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl except poppy seeds. Mix well. Fold in poppy seeds. Butter 2 regular or 3 small loaf pans. Sprinkle sides and bottom of pans with a mixture of 1/2 c. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon, reserving some for top of bread. Pour batter in pans and sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Bake at 325º for 45 minutes.
