3/4 c. vegetable shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oats
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening, sugars, egg, water and vanilla. Sift remaining dry ingredients. Blend both mixtures. Bake at 355º for 12-15 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
