4 tablespoons sour cream
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1 pound white cabbage, shredded (about 6 cups)
2 medium carrots, peeled and grated
1 small red onion, diced

Stir mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, and cayenne pepper until smooth. Gently fold in the blue cheese crumbles. Mix in cabbage, carrots, and red onion until incorporated.
