2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. water
2 egg whites stiffly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. food color
1/2 c. almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, syrup, and water over low heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Cook without stirring to 260º. Pour in fine stream over egg whites, beating constantly. Drop by tsp. onto waxed paper.
