1 cup butter
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together, knead in the flour for 10 minutes. Roll out dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut in 1" squares. Bake 40 minutes at 350ºF. It should be a light golden brown.
