1 pork tenderloin (about 1 lb.)
Mix together:
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 tbs. butter or margarine - melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Slit the tenderloin horizontally in half leaving 1/2 inch uncut.

Fill tenderloin with the stuffing. Tie with cord and bake for 30 minutes or until meat is browned and tender.
