4 salmon fillets
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 1/2 tbsp curry paste
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Rinse salmon fillets and pat dry with paper towels. Mix the breadcrumbs, curry paste, and chopped cilantro together in a bowl until well blended.

Place each salmon fillet on a sheet of foil, pat the curry on top of each. Cover with foil and bake on large baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes then remove top foil and bake another 10 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
