Ingredients:  
1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped

Dressing:
1 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1 teaspoon celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
-Combine cabbage, pepper and onion in a large bowl
-Place dressing ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil
-Pour hot dressing over cabbage mixture and cover
-Marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator then ready to serve
