10 oz buffalo mozzarella, drained and thinly sliced
8 large tomatoes, sliced
salt and pepper
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
20 fresh basil leaves
white balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange the mozzarella and tomato slices on 4 plates and season to taste with sea salt. Set aside in a cool place for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle the basil leaves over the salad and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with pepper and serve.
