Cube Steak
Brown gravy
Flour
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Add salt and pepper to flour.

Coat each cube steak with flour mixture.

Put in crock pot.

Pour brown gravy over steak.

Cook for 4-6 hours.

Grandpa Eric liked to put two pieces of bread on a plate (sort of side by side), put mashed potatoes between the bread and then put cube steak on top of bread with the gravy poured over the top.
