2 pound hamburger
1/2 onion, diced
2 eggs, beaten
1 sleeve crackers, crushed
ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all of the ingredients except ketchup. Mix until thick. Add extra crackers if necessary. Spread evenly into a loaf pan sprayed with cooking sprayed. Top with the ketchup. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Let cool for about 5 to 10 minutes and drain off any grease in the pan.

If you do not have a loaf pan, shape into a loaf and put into another pan. I like to serve it with mashed potatoes and peas. I sometimes have a salad before it is served. I also serve it with rolls. If any is leftover, it makes great sandwiches the next day!
