2 cups flour
1/3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2/3 cup Mazola Oil
1 cup sour milk (sour by adding 1 tbsp. vinegar to milk)
1 cup strong black coffee, heat to boiling hot
Directions:
Directions:
Stir dry ingredients together.
Add eggs, oil and milk.
Mix well.
Stir in coffee.
Mixture will be thin.

Bake in well greased pan (9 by 13 or tube pan)

Bake at 350º for approximately 40 minutes
