1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. minced onion
8 oz medium egg noodles
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. soft breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Clean and slice mushrooms, set aside. In large skillet, melt 3 Tbsp butter. Add mushrooms and onion, saute 5 min., and set aside. Cook noodles till done and drain. Stir in mushroom mixture, sour cream, salt, & pepper. Spoon mixture into 2 qt. casserole dish. In small saucepan melt remaining 1 Tbsp butter. Add bread crumbs and toss lightly. Spoon around edge of casserole. Bake 5 min., or until crumbs are golden.
