2 lbs Chicken Breast
1 Can Rotel
2 Cans Corn or 2 cups corn with 1/2 cup water
2 15 oz cans black beans drained and rinse
2T Ranch Dressing Seasoning
1t Cumin
1t Garlic Salt
1t Chili Powder
1 Cup Brown Rice pre cooked
Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
8 oz Cream Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a slow cooker, combine chicken breasts (frozen is fine), tomatoes and chilies, corn, black beans, and seasonings. Cook on high for 4 hours

Stir in cooked rice. Shred chicken with 2 forks. Stir in cream cheese until smooth and sprinkle in cilantro.
