Ingredients:  
3 cups sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1 pint jar of marshmallow cream
3/4 stick butter
1 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes or until it forms a soft ball in water. Remove from heat. Then add nuts, marshmallow cream, chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until all is blended. Pour into a 9 x 13 greased pan and chill. Cut in squares.
