1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 minced onion
4 cut carrots
3 ribs cut celery
1/2 cup barley
28oz can diced tomato
2 cups water
3 cans beef consommé
1 can tomato soup
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef. Add onion, celery and barley. Pour in diced tomato, water, consommé and tomato soup. Add bay leaf, thyme garlic and parsley. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours stirring frequently. Remove bay leaf and serve.
