15 lbs fresh pickling cucumbers

Brine:
8 cups cold water
4 cups sugar
4 cups white vinegar
4 Tbsp pickling salt
1 1/2 tsp turmeric

3 bunches fresh garlic
Large bunch fresh dill
Pic bay leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Bring brine ingredients to boil and let boil 5 minutes

While boiling place a bit of dill and 1-2 cloves peeled garlic in bottom of sealer jars.
Fill jars with freshly scrubbed cucumbers.
Pout boiling brine over top leaving 1/2" headspace
Place one bay leaf on top, place rings and lids on jar. Leave on counter to clear for a couple hours. Refrigerate for two days. Store in cool dry place for 6 weeks.
