1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
4 tins dark kidney beans, drained
2 tins tomato soup
4 tbsp. chili powder
chopped celery, tomatoes, mushrooms, red and green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onions in large pot and cook on high (stirring frequently) until meat is browned.

Drain off fat. Add other ingredients.

When chili starts to bubble reduce heat to low.

Cover and simmer 30 to 60 minutes. Stir often.

Personal Notes:
I often add 1 can of beans in tomato sauce and 1 can of chick peas.

Chili is always better the next day.
