4 - 6 cups sliced tart apples
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup oats
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter softened

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375F. Arrange cut up apples in greased square 8 x 8 inch pan. Mix flour and butter with pastry cutter to resemble crumbs. Mix in brown sugar, oats and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. Bake until topping is golden brown and apples are tender, about 35 minutes. Can be doubled.
