3-4 pound boneless pork roast.
Combine 6 TBS hot sauce and 6 TBS Worcestershire sauce Brush all sides of the roast. Then sprinkle 2 TBS garlic salt and 2 TBS pepper on roast.
Bake at 325 degrees for two hours. Serve with Jezebel Sauce

Stir together:
1 18 oz jar of apple jelly
1 18 oz jar of apricot-pineapple preserves
1/4 cup dry mustard
2 TBS pepper
3 TBS prepared horseradish
