1 (15oz.) pkg. Pillsbury All Ready Pie Crust
Filling
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 (6oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
Topping
2 T. reserved chocolate chips
10 pecan halves
Whipped cream

Directions:
Prepare pie crust according to package directions for filled one crust pie using 9" pie pan. Store remaining crust. Heat oven to 325 º.
In large bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, margarine, vanilla and eggs; beat well. Reserve 2 T. chocolate chips for topping. Stir in remaining chocolate chips and 1 1/2 c. pecans. Spread evenly in pie crust-lined pan. Bake at 325 º for 55-65 minutes or until deep golden brown and filling is set. Cover edge of pie with strip of foil after 15-20 minutes of baking to prevent browning. Cool completely.
Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Melt 2 T. reserved chocolate chips in small pan over low heat. Dip each pecan half into chocolate. Place on waxed paper. Refrigerate 15-20 minutes. Garnish pie with whipped cream and chocolate dipped pecans. Refrigerate.
