8 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. white pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup Swiss cheese
1 cup diced ham, sautéed in 1 t. butter
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk and seasonings. Stir in cheese and ham sautéed in butter, Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour,
