24 snails
24 shells
1/4 lb-1 stick Butter- softened
1 tbsp. Shallots or Scallions-chopped
1 tsp Garlic- minced
1 tbsp. Parsley- minced
salt & pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Insert snails into shells.
Cream together all other ingredients.
Put mixture into shells with a spoon.
Place shells in a pan and BAKE-450
10 min. or until butter sizzles.
