3# chicken wings-disjointed
Sauce:
½ c water
½ c vinegar
½ c pineapple juice
2 tsp MSG
6 T ketchup
1 tsp salt
4 T soy sauce
1 ½ c sugar
For Coating:
½ box + corn starch
1 tsp Lawry's Season Salt
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp MSG
5 eggs + water
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine the water, vinegar, pineapple juice, 2 tsp MSG, ketchup, salt, soy sauce and sugar. Bring to a boil and set aside.
Heat about 1/2 inch oil in a frying pan to 350º. Beat eggs & 1/4 c water in bowl. Combine cornstarch, Lawry's, garlic salt and 1 tsp MSG. Coat the wing segments in the cornstarch mixture then dip into the egg mixture. Fry the wings until they are lightly colored but not brown. Dip in sauce and place in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 300º. Bake for 40 minutes. Baste and turn at least once.
