Ingredients:  
1 Onion -minced
1 Garlic clove- minced
1 lb. Old English Cheese- grated
1 med. can Tomatoes- drained
1 sm. can El Paso Chili Peppers- chopped
Tabasco or Hot Sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion& garlic in oil until tender
Add , tomato and peppers,
Simmer until dry....about 20 min.
Remove from stove- stir in cheese
Add tabasco sauce to taste
Serve warm.Can be frozen
