1 8oz Cream Cheese
2 C Sharp Cheese -grated
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
dash- Red Pepper
1/4 C Pecans-finely chopped
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cheeses . Combine first 5 ingredients.
Beat until light and fluffy.
Stir in nuts.
Shape into a roll 1 1/2 in. diameter.
Sprinkle roll with Chili Powder & Paprika.
Chill several hours
Slice and serve with crackers
