1 c. salsa divided
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 boneless pork sirloin roast
6-8 (8 inch) flour tortillas
3 c. broccol slaw or baggage slaw
1\2 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stir 1\4 c. salsa into cornstarch in a small bowl until smooth. Pour into bottom of slow cooker. Place pork on top of cornstarch mixture. Pour remaining salsa over pork. Cover, cook on low 6-8 hours. Remove pork to cutting board and shred with two forks. divide shredded Pork evenly between the tortillas. Top with 2 Tbsp salsa and slaw and shredded cheese. Fold bottom of tortillas and wrap enclosing filling. Serve remaining salsa as dipping sauce
