2 Lg. Potatoes, peeled (or unpeeled) & sliced
1 Lb. Ground Beef, cooked and drained
1 can Vegetable Beef Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Lay potatoes on bottom of casserole dish. Crumble hamburger over potatoes. Pour vegetable beef soup over hamburger and spread. Pour chicken soup on top and spread. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes covered, and hour uncovered.
