1 and 1/2 c. Water
1 tsp. Sugar
2 tbsp virgin olive oil
1tsp salt
1 tbsp active yeast
3-4 c. Whole wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix warm water and sugar in a large bowl. Sprinkle yeast on top and let set for 10 minutes. Mix contents together then add salt and 1 tbsp. virgin olive oil. Add whole wheat flour one cup at a time and knead. Continue to add remaining cups of flour until dough consistency is formed. Form dough into a ball and rub on remaining 1 tbsp. virgin olive oil. Leave to set and rise for a few hours. Roll out the dough, add preferred toppings and bake at 420 degrees for about 8-10 minutes.

I usually cut this dough in half to make thinner crust pizza. We like it thinner because it comes out crispier. Enjoy!
