1 lb. chicken
2 cans cr. of chicken soup
1 C. Salsa
2 C. Fz. corn
1 can black beans ( rinsed & drained)
1 1/2 C. Water
1 t. Cumin
1/2 t. Dried cilantro (opt.)
1 C. Shredded cheese

Spray cooker
Put in chicken
In bowl mix soup,salsa, corn, beans, water, cumin & cilantro
Pour over chicken in cooker
4-6 hrs. Low
2-3 hrs. High
Remove chicken and shred, put back in cooker and add cheese. Cook 15 min more.
Serve with grated cheese, avocado, sour cream & tortilla strips or chips.
