1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 green onion chopped
1 tbsp coarse grained Dijon mustard
1 tbsp ketchup
Cajun seasonings taste
Reserved chicken and vegetables from Basque Chicken stew
4 (2 1/2) rectangular rolls split
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1 tomato cut into 8 sllces

Directions:

1. Combine the mayonnaise, green onion, mustard, ketcup and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl.
2. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the cut sides of the rolls. Layer the bottom of each roll with the lettuce and one fourth of the chicken and vegetable mixture and tomato slices. Cover with roll tops.
