12 oz. ground beef
4 oz. ground pork or 1 lb. ground beef
4 oz. Parmesan cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
1 t. garlic
1 cup minced onion
1/8 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients throughly. Roll into balls. Bake at 250 degrees for about 45 minutes. Another option is to pan fry in olive oil for a crisper, more browned exterior.
